Claude asks you 8 easy questions, one at a time. Think of it like a first chat with a new neighbor.
Prompt 1
I'm brand new to AI, so go easy. Get to know me by asking exactly 8 short questions, one at a time, like a chat. Start with something fun, then ask about what I do, what I'd like help with, and how I like to be talked to (short or chatty, blunt or gentle). Wait for my answer before each next question. When we're done, tell me what you learned in a few lines and save it to your memory. If you can't save it, give me a short note I can copy and paste into my next chat. Use plain words, and explain any tech word with something familiar.

Talk instead of type. Claude walks you through putting a button on your phone's home screen.

First ask whether I'm on iPhone or Android, then walk me through adding the Claude widget to my home screen step by step, so I can start a voice chat with one tap.

Do Prompt 1 first, or this one will feel empty. Tells Claude to keep it short, plain and patient.

Use what you know about me to talk to me like a patient friend. Keep answers short. Use plain words. If you use a tech word, explain it with something I'd already know. If you're guessing, say "I'm guessing."

TRY ONE SMALL THING
Claude asks what's eating your time, then suggests one thing AI can help with. Ten minutes, tops.
Prompt 4
Ask me one short question about what's been taking up my time lately. Wait for my answer. Then, kindly, suggest one small thing AI could help with this week, something I can try in 10 minutes. If what I tell you sounds heavy, acknowledge that first.

Got a LinkedIn page, blog or bio? Claude can learn from it. Don't have one? Skip it. Totally fine.
Prompt 5
Ask me once if I have anything online that sounds like me, like a LinkedIn profile, blog, articles, social posts or a bio. If I do, great. If not, no worries, and don't push. If I give you a link and you can't open it, ask me to copy and paste the words instead.

Tell me, in a few lines, what you've saved about me. I'll tell you what's wrong or missing, and you fix it. If you can't change it, tell me exactly what to type.
